As Senior Director, Marketing & Communications, he will continue to lead the company’s marketing, communications, and brand functions, helping to shape market perception, support commercial growth, and strengthen SeamlessHR’s position across Africa.
Before SeamlessHR, Sayo built an accomplished career leading communications and marketing functions across some of Africa’s most recognised organisations, including Globacom, Transcorp Plc, Lafarge Africa Plc, FBN Capital, and MTN Nigeria. His experience spans corporate reputation, brand management, integrated marketing, digital communications, stakeholder engagement, product marketing, and executive communications.
Over the course of his career, he has led high-impact campaigns, developed go-to-market strategies for nationally recognised products and services, managed corporate reputation for listed organisations, and built communications programmes that have strengthened brands across telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, and technology.
