    MTN Gifts Customers Airtime top-up to Celebrate Customer Service Week

    ICT giant, MTN Nigeria, is gifting customers airtime through engaging activities across its social media platforms, from October 5th-7th 2022, as part of its celebration of the annual Customer Service Week.

    MTN’s theme for the 2022 Customer Service Week is “No US without U” to appreciate the loyalty of customers and partners to the brand. MTN, through this year’s celebration, is showing its appreciation to customers for over 20 years of partnership and loyalty.

    Speaking on MTN’s commitment, Chief Customer Service Officer, Ugonwa Nwoye stated that “Our customers mean so much to us, they are the reason we are thriving for more than two decades. This is why we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure our customers stay happy and satisfied.”

    Customer Service Week is a global event commemorated every year to recognize the impact of customer service and celebrate the people who serve and support customers daily. The week- long activity aims to raise awareness on the important role customer service plays in achieving successful businesses.

    According to customer service statistics published by Oberlo, the customer experience management market worldwide is worth $11.34 billion in 2022, 81 percent of consumers say a positive customer service experience increases the chances of them making another purchase and 95 percent of all consumers consider customer service to be important for brand loyalty.

    MTN is celebrating this year’s edition with exciting activities including online competitions, trivia quizzes, giveaways, and lots more.
