    With ‘Get more’, Kuda is deepening its promise to deliver more than just convenience. The highest tier of Kuda’s loyalty program, known as Kuda Premium, rewards customers for making transactions and maintaining a balance, offering cashback, exclusive discounts from partner brands, early access to new features, and priority customer support, among other rewards.

    The scale of Kuda’s impact is clear — in the first quarter of 2025, the bank processed over 300 million transactions worth ₦14.3 trillion across its retail and business banking arms. The bank has also grown its user base to over 7 million customers as of 2025.

    “When Kuda launched, we set out to prove that banking could be simpler, smarter, and entirely digital,” said Musty Mustapha, the Managing Director, Kuda Microfinance Bank. “Now, we’re moving into a phase in which Kuda makes life richer. We’re giving our customers several reasons to expect more from their bank and actually get it.”

    Since it launched in 2019, Kuda has been synonymous with innovation in Nigeria’s financial ecosystem. As one of Africa’s earliest digital banks, it redefined customer expectations, replacing queues with clicks and hidden fees with transparency. ‘Get more’ builds on that legacy, transforming the banking app into a platform that actively rewards loyalty.
