Former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has been officially charged with five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.
According to the Crown Prosecution Service, the charges stem from incidents involving three different women and allegedly took place between 2021 and 2022.
According to Daily Star, two rape charges relate to one woman, three to another, and the sexual assault charge involves a third woman.
Investigations began back in February 2022 following an initial report to the police.
Partey, 32, is expected to appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on August 5.
