    FCT-UBEB not recruiting — Official

The Federal Capital Territory Universal Basic Education Board (FCT-UBEB) has debunked a publication in social media purporting that the board was currently recruiting new staffers.

The board’s acting Public Relations Officer, Patience Ossai, stated this in a statement on Thursday in Abuja.

Ossai advised the public to ignore the publication as the intention of the publisher was not known to the board.

She said that the FCT-UBEB would follow due process any time such vacancies exist and advised the public to check the official website of the board for genuine information.

“The attention of FCT Universal Basic Education Board has been drawn to the publication in the social media purporting that the board is engaging in massive recruitment.

“This is false and the announcer of the falsehood might be doing it to defraud the public.

“The general public is hereby advised to desist from anything that has to do with the publication as the intention of the publisher is not known to the Board.” (NAN)
