Celebrating his Birthday, Crypto Advocate, Tony Emeka Urges Youths To Learn About Crypto

It is no news that the past weeks since the year started have been quite turbulent for many crypto natives. The continuous negative price action with momentary hopes has no doubt weighed heavily on young crypto natives especially, and even those who claim to understand how the crypto market works.

In times of massive price action northward, it is normal for people to get cut up in the euphoria, and forget the need to do one of the most important things – taking profit.

But taking profit comes with its mind tricks. Should I take profit now? Won’t it be too early? Is it too late? There are lots of questions that travel through the mind of an investor when it comes to taking a profit.

But as the saying goes, “a bird at hand is better than the many in the forest”.

Aside from taking profits, there is also the problem of people losing their money to scams, and avoidable hacks.

These are some of the reasons why crypto education remains ever relevant. People need to know how and when to get in and get out. They also need to know how to preserve and protect their wealth from the market and criminals.

For years, crypto enthusiasts have been looking forward to a day like a baby clinging onto her mother for candies when crypto will be everywhere and be so much incorporated into our everyday lives.

The day may not come like a father arriving from a long journey; it will be a gradual step into a moment when we will all individually say reflecting, oh! We have achieved mass adoption.

My name is Tony Emeka, and I am particularly interested in pushing forward towards mass adoption. I believe crypto will transform every part of our existence as it is currently and will continue to do so, but it takes conscious effort to do this.

No nation ever grows without its educational system, and this is why crypto education will continue to become increasingly important as the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry continues to grow and expand.

As someone remarked and it has become commonplace, crypto moves very fast. The industry is growing at an unprecedented rate.

In the few months past, we have seen the explosive impacts of Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Non-fungible Assets/Tokens (NFTs), Games that people can play and earn an income they can survive on (GameFi/PlayToEarn), the Metaverse. We have also seen the adoption levels of Fan Tokens, and of course, the growing interest in everything Web 3.

There is no doubt that for these to gain widespread attention and adoption, people will need to know about them. It is popular knowledge that people want to know what is in it for them.

And what is in it for everyone in crypto is the freedom to become masters of their destiny. To access a global and 24/7 market and industry that never sleeps and be able to carve out just about anything they can. In the Nigerian way of describing something like this, “it is an industry where the son of a nobody can become somebody.”

The business of crypto education is a mix of educating old-timers as innovations come up and helping newbies to get to understand what blockchain and cryptocurrency are.

Crypto is like clay. You can take it up and make just about anything you can think of for yourself. But you need to know how to handle the clay and the potter’s tools. This is crypto education, and why it will continue to be relevant.

To the youth, and young ones out there, I call on you to take up the responsibility to learn about blockchain and cryptocurrency.

As I mentioned earlier, it’s an industry where the son of a nobody can become somebody without knowing anyone.

As the educational system in Nigeria continues to show evidence of lack of support for the future, and progress of young Nigerians, it’s imperative to seize the opportunity of a lifetime – to take up the responsibility to build their future, to chart the course of their destiny.

The crypto market is a 24/7 highly liquid, and rewarding market. It’s no wonder why it has made a lot of people rich, and wealthy. There are a lot of opportunities for everyone, from trading crypto assets, to working for blockchain companies with high pay, incredible benefits, and work hours to building own businesses offering services.

There’s no limit to what you can do. Learn about blockchain and cryptocurrency today. Your destiny is in your hands. Own it.

Tony Emeka, is the Co-founder and CEO, CryptoTvplus, a blockchain and cryptocurrency media firm.
