In a statement posted on his official Facebook page on Friday, February 27, 2026, Adeyanju commended the “firm stance” of the current EFCC Chairman against internal corruption, describing it as a demonstration of zero tolerance for extortion and unethical conduct.

He noted that credible reports of misconduct trigger immediate investigations, with affected officers swiftly removed upon verification of evidence.

“Over 30 personnel have already been sacked, and there are indications of more disciplinary actions to come,” Adeyanju stated, urging the public to document and submit verifiable evidence of wrongdoing by EFCC officials.

The activist highlighted that the commission’s leadership encourages complainants to assist in gathering proof to bolster cases against suspects.

Adeyanju cautioned Nigerians against tarnishing the entire EFCC based on the actions of a few erring operatives, insisting that the current administration deserves credit for its proactive reforms.

He called for support of these efforts to strengthen the agency’s fight against corruption.
