    WAM Morocco launches in Casablanca, boosting Industry 4.0 and regional ties

    The World Advanced Manufacturing & Future Mobility Exhibition (WAM Morocco) will make its debut in Casablanca from January 20 to 22, emerging as North Africa’s pioneering platform for Industry 4.0, advanced manufacturing, intelligent production, future mobility, and supply chain overhaul.

    Organised by KAOUN International – a subsidiary of Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) – the event aims to link Morocco’s industrial sector with global technology leaders, spurring investments, tech transfers, and cross-border partnerships across Africa and beyond.

    It enjoys robust backing from key players including MSC Pro, CDD, UM6P, Advantage Austria, Der Mittelstand, and Germany’s BVMW, fostering synergy between public and private sectors to advance Industry 4.0 initiatives.

    Trixie LohMirmand, CEO of KAOUN International, described the expo as “a strategic accelerator for Morocco and Africa’s ascent in intelligent manufacturing and future mobility.”

    She added: “By bridging global expertise with regional goals, WAM Morocco opens fresh avenues for investment, collaboration, and industrial expansion.”

    The three-day event promises to showcase cutting-edge innovations, drawing manufacturers, investors, and policymakers to reshape Africa’s industrial landscape.
