    US rapper and music producer, BeatKing passes away at age of 39

    American rapper and music producer, Justin “BeatKing” Riley has died at the age of 39.

    His manager confirmed his death in an Instagram post confirming the tragic loss saying, ““Today, Aug. 15, 2024, we have lost BeatKing,” Felder wrote. “BeatKing has been the best part of the club for over a decade.

    He has produced and worked with so many artists that his sound will forever live. He loved his daughters, his music, and his fans. We will love him forever.”

    Houston’s 97.9 The Box, where BeatKing was considered family, also expressed their grief, stating, “Our hearts are heavy with the news that BeatKing, family to us here at 97.9 The Box and Radio ONE Houston, has passed away.

    This is a developing story, but we are sending our love to his loved ones, friends, peers, and the whole city of Houston. We love you, BeatKing.”

    BeatKing was best known for his music style and his significant impact on hip-hop culture in the South during the early 2000s. His infectious beats and innovative marketing strategies propelled him to stardom, captivating the hearts of both fans and fellow artists.

    BeatKing’s influence extended beyond Houston, as he collaborated with notable artists like 2 Chainz, Moneybagg Yo, and Erica Banks. His distinctive style and ability to craft hits made him a beloved figure in the rap community
