Nigeria Super Falcons goalkeeper Comfort Erhabor has completed her move to Crystal Palace Women from newly promoted Women’s Super League side Portsmouth.
The 21-year-old goalkeeper has signed a two-year contract with Crystal Palace, keeping her at the club until 2028.
Confirming the transfer, Crystal Palace Women announced on its official website: “Crystal Palace Women are delighted to announce the signing of Nigeria international goalkeeper Comfort Erhabor.”
Erhabor expressed her excitement about joining the WSL side, describing the move as an important step in her career.
“It feels really good to be here. I’m very excited to get started,” Erhabor told the club’s website.
“I’m aspiring to play at the highest level, so this is a really big step in my career.”
Crystal Palace manager Jo Potter also welcomed the Nigerian goalkeeper, describing her as a promising young talent.
“Comfort is a promising young goalkeeper, and we are thrilled to have her here at Palace,” Potter said.
Erhabor will now look to establish herself at Crystal Palace as she continues her development at the highest level of women’s football in England.
