Pastor Bolaji Idowu Denies N1.5 Billion Fraud Allegations – Ravenewsonline

Bolaji Idowu, Lead Pastor of the Harvesters International Christian Center (HICC), has broken his silence after he was invited for questioning by men of the Nigeria Police Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, over alleged N1.5 billion fraud.

Sahara Reporters reported that the cleric was invited for questioning after one of his pastors duped several people in a real estate scheme. Several billions of naira in the scheme were traced first to Pastor Bolaji’s church account and later to his personal account. He was released last night after he was questioned.

Speaking to his church members, “In the last 24 hours, there has been a lot of news about me on social media about this and about that. I just want to state some facts clear. I heard that I was involved in real estate this and this. Number 1, I do not have any property in Nigeria. The only one I have is the one my late parents bequeathed to me. There is no property that I bought or that I have in Nigeria.

Secondly, I do not sell or buy properties. Someone said I received billions into my account. My accounts are public accounts. You can go and check if I have ever received into my account because I did not”
