The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, and his wife, Pastor Folu Adeboye, have celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary.
Pastor Adeboye shared the anniversary message on his official X account on Tuesday, thanking God for sustaining their marriage and family over nearly six decades.
Reflecting on their journey together, the respected cleric said their marriage had experienced different seasons, including moments of joy, challenges, growth and answered prayers.
He described the 59-year journey as one filled with countless reasons to remain grateful to God.
Adeboye speaks on 59 years of marriage
According to Adeboye, marriage goes beyond celebrating happy moments. He said couples must make a daily commitment to one another while allowing room for growth and showing patience.
He also highlighted the importance of forgiveness, prayer and trusting God through different stages of marriage.
“Above all, we are grateful that God has been at the centre of our home. Every step of the way, He has remained faithful,” Adeboye said.
The RCCG leader also expressed appreciation to people who have supported, loved and prayed for him, his wife and their family throughout their 59 years of marriage.

“We are grateful for the journey so far, and we look forward to all that God still has in store.
“To God be all the glory,” he added.
Adeboye and his wife signed off their message with a heartfelt declaration:
