MTN Foundation Launches Interactive Voice Response Number for Enhanced Access to Information

    MTN Foundation

MTN Foundation has announced the launch of its new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) number, to provide the public with easy and enhanced access to comprehensive information about the foundation’s impactful initiatives and achievements.

The IVR platform offers a seamless and interactive experience, allowing users to dial in and hear detailed narratives of MTN Foundation’s various programs. By dialling “779” or the MTNN “300” IVR channel and selecting option ‘6’, users can explore the foundation’s milestones, success stories, and ongoing education, entrepreneurship, and community development efforts.

The platform signals MTN Foundation’s continued commitment to transparency and community engagement. “We understand the importance of keeping our stakeholders informed about the progress and impact of our initiatives. The IVR platform allows us to reach a wider audience and provide them valuable insights into our work,” said Odunayo Sanya, Executive Director of MTN Foundation.

Through the IVR number, users can access a wealth of information on key projects such as the Teachers’ Fellowship Programme, the Y’ellopreneur initiative, the What Can We Do Together (WCWDT) project, and the Anti-Substance Abuse Programme (ASAP). Each segment offers an in-depth look at how these initiatives are making a difference in the lives of Nigerians.

For instance, the Teachers’ Fellowship Programme, launched in partnership with SAIL and CcHub, aims to equip educators with the skills needed to improve the quality of education. The Y’ellopreneur initiative continues to support aspiring entrepreneurs, providing them with the resources and training necessary to succeed. Meanwhile, the WCWDT project focuses on community-driven efforts to tackle local challenges, and the ASAP, in collaboration with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), provides crucial support for first-time drug abuse victims through a 24/7 psycho-social helpline.

MTN Foundation encourages everyone to share the IVR number within their communities, ensuring that more people can learn about and benefit from the foundation’s programs.

As MTN Foundation continues to roll out impactful projects across Nigeria, the IVR platform will serve as a vital tool in keeping the public informed and engaged. This launch marks a significant step forward in the foundation’s mission to foster transparency, accountability, and community involvement.
