MP-Infrastructure Bags BoICT’s Telecom Infrastructure Provider of the year Award

MP-Infrastructure, one of Africa’s leading infrastructure development and Management Company has bagged the Telecom Infrastructure Provider of the year award at the 2021 Beacon of Information and Communications Technology (BoICT) Awards.

The company bagged the coveted award at an event held on Saturday 24th July, 2021, with the theme: “5G: Exploring New Frontiers for Superior Service Delivery”.

The award was in recognition of the company’s innovative infrastructure implementation strategy in the telecom ecosystem.

Receiving the awards on behalf of the Board, management and staff of the Company, Engr. Sonnie Osuki, Project Director, M-P Infrastructure Nigeria Ltd, said that the award is a testament that hard word pays.

An excited Osuki enthused that, “the recognition will fuel the company’s drive in bringing out top-notch ICT and Renewable Energy solutions for the country.

According to him, “this recognition is a very big achievement for us because we now have the market’s attention.

“We’ve been here for several years, and this award is a revalidation of the value we are delivering across West Africa.

“It’s great to see that the industry is recognising the work we are doing for our customers, together with our partners,” he said.

Engr Osuki while speaking on behalf of the awardees thanked the organisers for rewarding excellence and innovation.

He said, “We are pleased to be awarded such a prestigious award at this very important stage.

“We thank Nigeria CommunicationsWeek media for organising a world class awards ceremony that rewards and celebrate hard work, ingenuity and innovation.

“On behalf of all the awardees, I say a big thank you once again to the organisers and wish them success, progress and greater heights in all their future endeavours”.

The BoICT Awards, now in its 12th year, is an initiative of the media house, Nigeria Communications Week, aimed at rewarding best practices and recognizing outstanding contributions of individuals and organizations to the growth of ICT.

The event is widely regarded as the most prestigious annual event available in the ICT industry in Nigeria.

This year, had in attendance a large gathering of ICT practitioners, regulators, financiers, amongst others.
