Yabagi Sani, Presidential candidate of Action Democratic Party (ADP) and National Chairman of the party, has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of not doing enough to justify the humongous sum of money provided for 2023 general election, Vanguard reports.

Sani said this while presenting the Certificate of Return to the ADP gubernatorial candidate for Kogi State on Thursday, April 20.
