    Dangote Refinery Approves 32 Banks, Fintechs, Telcos for Share Subscription

    Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has approved 32 banks, fintech companies, mobile operators and other platforms through which investors can subscribe for its shares when its public offer opens.

    The company published the approved channels on its official IPO website and warned investors against subscribing through platforms that are not officially listed.

    The approved channels comprise 19 banks, 10 fintech companies, two mobile operators and NGX Invest.

    “Only subscribe through the channels listed on this page. Do not subscribe through any channel not confirmed here,” the company stated.

    Approved Banks

    The 19 banks approved to facilitate subscriptions are:

    • Access Bank
    • Ecobank
    • FCMB
    • Fidelity Bank
    • FirstBank
    • Globus Bank
    • GTCO
    • Jaiz Bank
    • Keystone Bank
    • Lotus Bank
    • PremiumTrust Bank
    • Providus Bank
    • Stanbic IBTC
    • Sterling Bank
    • TAJ Bank
    • UBA
    • Union Bank
    • Wema Bank
    • Zenith Bank

    Approved Fintech Platforms

    The approved fintech companies are:

    • Bamboo
    • Flutterwave
    • InvestNaija
    • Ladder
    • Moniepoint
    • Paga
    • Payaza
    • PiggyVest
    • Vetiva Invest
    • we.yan

    Mobile Operators

    Two mobile money platforms were also approved:

    • Airtel SmartCash
    • MTN MoMo

    NGX Invest

    The company also approved NGX Invest as a subscription channel for the offer.

    The refinery’s IPO website currently lists the offer price at ₦525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares, representing an investment of ₦5,250.

    The public offer forms part of Dangote Refinery’s plan to raise capital from Nigerian investors through the sale of ordinary shares in the company.

    Investors have been advised to use only the officially approved channels when the offer opens and to avoid unauthorised platforms or individuals claiming to facilitate subscriptions.
