Collaborate Lagos returns with ₦25m prize pool to empower innovation at AOT 7.0

Collaborate Lagos, one of Nigeria’s leading innovation platforms, is set to return bigger and bolder at the seventh edition of the Art of Technology Lagos (AOT 7.0), with a ₦25 million prize pool aimed at empowering startups building transformative solutions across key sectors.

The initiative, which has become a cornerstone of Lagos’s tech ecosystem, will spotlight innovation-driven ventures in AgriTech, HealthTech, Sustainable Mobility, EdTech, and GreenTech/Clean Energy. Organisers say the 2025 edition will offer not only cash prizes but also mentorship, investor access, and ecosystem visibility to help founders scale their impact.

According to the organisers, Collaborate Lagos is designed to bridge the gap between startups and the strategic capital, partnerships, and networks they need to thrive. The platform recognises that innovation requires more than funding—it demands access to markets, knowledge-sharing, and trusted relationships.

“Collaborate Lagos is not just a competition. It is a commitment to building the future of Lagos through innovation and sustainable growth,” said Bolatito, a spokesperson for the event. “We are bringing together startups, investors, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to create fertile ground for transformative ideas.”

The 2025 edition will focus on five high-impact sectors:

    • AgriTech: Supporting smart farming and aquaculture innovations to boost food security.
    • HealthTech: Advancing healthcare delivery through medical devices, digital health platforms, and biotech.
    • Sustainable Mobility: Promoting green transport systems, electric mobility, and smart grid solutions.
    • EdTech: Leveraging immersive technologies such as AR/VR to transform learning experiences.
    • GreenTech & Clean Energy: Accelerating renewable energy adoption and carbon reduction systems.

Participants can expect access to funding opportunities, expanded market reach, enriching collaborations, and capacity-building sessions led by experts. The ₦25 million prize pool will be distributed across cash grants, mentorship packages, investor matchmaking, and visibility at Lagos’s largest tech and innovation gathering.

Startups ready to scale their impact are encouraged to apply before the submission deadline of November 7, 2025. Registration is open via the official portal: https://aotlagos.com/collaborate-lagos/

Art of Technology Lagos 7.0 is expected to attract thousands of innovators, policymakers, and investors, reinforcing Lagos’s position as Africa’s most dynamic tech hub.
