    Chelsea Top Premier League Net Spending Chart with £217m in Summer Transfer Window

    The figures show Chelsea have recorded a net spend of £217 million, placing the West London club ahead of Tottenham Hotspur F.C. and Manchester City F.C..

    Tottenham are second on the list with £154 million, while Manchester City occupy third place with £121 million.

    Liverpool F.C. rank fourth with a net spend of £89 million, followed by Manchester United F.C. in fifth place with £50 million.

    The published figures reflect clubs’ net transfer spending during the current transfer window and underscore the continued investment by Premier League sides as they strengthen their squads ahead of the new season.
