    Betway Opens First Ever Customer Experience Centre in Nigeria

     

    Betway Nigeria, leading online gaming and entertainment platform, opened the first ever Gaming Experience Centre in Nigeria on Saturday, 11 December 2021.

    Located in the heart of Ikorodu, Lagos state, the Betway Customer Experience Centre was designed to meet customer needs, showcase Betway’s state of the art products, and educate customers on new offerings and promotions.

    Mr Bashir Are, Chief Executive Officer of the Lagos State Lottery and Gaming Authority and other dignitaries joined the Betway Nigeria Team at the launch of the Experience Center.

    The newly launched Experience Centre will allow customers to register and place bets by logging into their accounts on the tablets provided in-store. Customers can also use their devices at the centre with a free wifi connection.

    The Experience Centre will help the brand interact directly with customers and receive useful feedback that will help improve the quality of its service.

    By establishing the first ever Customer Experience Centre in Ikorodu, Betway Nigeria continues to show its commitments to the growth and progress of the communities within which the brand operates. The Betway Customer Experience Centre is located at 45B Lagos Road, Ikorodu, Lagos state.
