Ahmed El-Marzuk, National Legal Adviser of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has resigned from the party’s National Working Committee (/NWC).

Marzuk sent in his resignation after some of his colleagues insisted that he can no longer be in office due to some allegations against him.

It is expected that his replacement will be named at the 12th National Executive Committee meeting of the party which is ongoing in Abuja.
