All 20 Housemates Safe At First BBNaija All Stars Eviction Show

ALLSTARS

It’s been a week since the spectacular BBNaija All-Stars launch weekend and over the past week, we’ve witnessed the housemates forming alliances and rekindling friendships, creating an exciting atmosphere inside the house.

Last night marked the first live eviction of the season, and tensions are running high. Ebuka, the show’s charismatic host, engaged in a conversation with Soma and Seyi, who were selected as BFFs by Adekunle after winning the first HOH games. Soma said he was not expecting to be selected as part of his BFFs, while Seyi thinks that it is all a part of the game.

Before the eviction drama began, Miss Vick interacted with the enthusiastic studio audience, asking them about their favorite moments from the show so far. Ebuka, as always, took the opportunity to pose some intriguing questions to a couple of the housemates.

Mercy Eke, the first housemate in the spotlight, shared her thoughts on the ongoing boys versus girls dynamic in the house. She thinks this season should be a girls season as she wants the girls to support themselves more. Doyin, on the other hand, believes there shoukd be more camaraderie among the female housemates.

Meanwhile outside the house, Odumodu Black from Abuja took to the stage, entertaining the live audience with a captivating performance with his renowned single – Declan Rice . Miss Vick continued engaging with the audience, eager to know who their favorite housemates of the season are and who they believe will make it to the grand finale.

Back to the show, Ebuka announced that in addition to  the “black envelope” which may contain a note dictating immunity for the wielder or some other consequence, another intriguing development is the PMP (Pardon Me Please); after the regular HOH games and the black envelope game, housemates have the opportunity to enter the diary room and nominate someone they wish to see stay on in the house.

Moving on, Ebuka took his interactions inside the house and spoke to Uriel, who shared her perspective on returning to the show with Soma. She mentions that this time around, it feels more like a competitive game than before. Kiddwaya echoed similar sentiments when asked by Ebuka.

In a surprising announcement, Ebuka revealed a significant change starting from the following week—a panel of judges, a jury consisting of ex-BBNaija housemates, will be live every Sunday for the eviction process. The jury will have the power to decide which of the bottom-nominated housemates should be evicted, adding an extra layer of suspense to the show.

To increase the excitement further, voting power for the eviction process is based on viewers’ subscription packages. DSTV Prestige subscribers can have up to 10,000 votes, DSTV Premium subscribers can vote 2500 times, and GOtv Supa+ subscribers have 750 votes at their disposal. The higher the subscription package, the greater the voting influence.

The journey has just begun for the 20 housemates who are all vying for the grand prize in this exciting season. The winner will walk away with N120 million cash prize, along with other rewards.
