Meet ASP Umoru aka Too Much Money, Indicted with Abba Kyari

ASP John Umoru, a police officer arrested alongside suspended former head of the Intelligence Response Team (IRT), Deputy Commissioner of Police DCP Abba Kyari doesn’t appear like a Police officer as his lifestyle outweighs his work capacity.

ASP John Umoru seems so wealthy and lavish that he is nicknamed “Too Much Money”, as a policeman.

Reacting to his arrest, a social media influencer noted:

“Imagine a policeman with the title “Too much money”?

“He was today arrested alongside Kyari.

“A nation where inhabitants applaud and cherish wealth without a connected means of the wealth was made will have plenty of delinquents everywhere!”

Another Twitter user commented saying:

ASP salary is not up to 250k but how is this man able to afford a benz that’s about 10 million naira ohmmm

“Aka “Too Much Money” which his bosses know about, yet left in the force, because of the ROI he brings to them. We really have a big problem.”, another user lamented

ASP John Umoru alongside Abba Kyari and three others are currently in the custody of the National Drugs Law and Enforcement Agency, NDLEA for an alleged link with a drug cartel.
