1XBET

Customers of a popular betting platform, 1XBET, have accused the company of refusing to pay them after winning on the platform.

The customers, who took to social media to call out the betting platform, noted that they won N93 million and N44 million, respectively, but they have not been paid till date.

They alleged 1XBET of changing the odds for the game they staked in the middle of the match when they knew they had won.

The complainants in the video posted on @mazitundednut’s Instagram handle said: “Hello 1XBet, Abeg, we no get body for problem. Make una pay us our money wey we win from una. We win 93 million naira and 44 million naira on 1XBet. We played the game since on the 4th of this month.

1XBET no talk about any odd, now the game, wey we don play for how many days now, we won. Make we cash out now, 1XBET talk say their employee made mistakes with odds. If their employee make mistakes with odds, na we come make mistake?

“Make una give us our money o. Abeg, make una give us our money. Nigeria, make una tell 1XBET to give us our money. Na 1XBET get body for problem. Na beg we dey beg. 1XBET abeg.”

They also attached receipts to the games and the evidence that they won.

However, in one of the replies to one of the claimants’ enquiries, a staff of 1XBET identified as Grace told them that:

“Dear Customer, your bet slip number 42439411323 and bet slip number 42455368775 have been settled at odds of 1 due to the fact that according to the Terms and Conditions, if an employee makes an error while accepting a bet (obvious misprints on the list of events, inconsistency of odds between offered betting markets and the bet, etc), or a bet is accepted in violation of these Rules, or if there are any other indications that the bet is wrong, the bookmaker reserves the right to declare such bets void. Returns on such bets shall be paid at odds of 1.”
