    GTR East Africa Partners Technology Mirror to Host 2021 Virtual Forum

    Following the successful inaugural virtual event of GTR (Global Trade Review) East Africa in October 2020, the global event is returning again in partnership with Technology Mirror, Africa’s technology news and information website to host the 2021 digital starting on May 12-13, 2021.

    After intensive screening of technology news website across the Africa, three online technology news website were picked as media partners for the hosting of the event.

    In a letter from Tilly Redshaw, digital marketing executive of GTR , announcing the choice of Technology Mirror, said that the great impact Technology Mirror on the technology ecosystem through its reportage of news and events in Nigeria and Africa, particularly in promoting startups were a major reason for the selection.

    The GTR has been recognised as the leading industry event for Sub-Saharan Africa for almost 15 years, the event will offer unrivaled insights into the latest exciting developments impacting the world of trade and exports.

    This year, GTR’s bespoke virtual event platform, promises expansive networking and a comprehensive programme of live and on-demand content, welcoming the leading practitioners in trade, agribusiness, supply chain and commodity finance.

    Reacting to the development, Isaiah Erhiawarien, Country Editor of Technology, described the appointment of Technology Mirror for the hosting of the event as great news saying that it is a new level business relationship for both brands.

    He called on industry experts from across the region to explore the latest developments, strategies and solutions employed to drive East Africa’s Covid response, trade growth, and economic recovery.
