Justice Emeka Nwite ordered the arrest of Musa Kamarawa, Abubakar Hashimu (a.k.a. Doctor), Samuel Chinedu, and Lucky Chukwuma when the case resumed.

Prosecution counsel David Kaswe moved the oral application after confirming witnesses’ presence. Defence lawyer A.M. Lukman expressed surprise at their absence, noting Kamarawa’s promise to attend.

The court adjourned to February 24 for trial continuation. The charge (FHC/ABJ/CR/633/2024), revived December 22, 2025, accuses the five—plus Turji and two others at large—of aiding terrorism under the Terrorism (Prevention) (Amendment) Act 2013.

Allegations include supplying drugs, food, uniforms, building materials, and a N28.5 million gun truck to Turji, Kachalla Halilu, and others in Zamfara, Sokoto, and Kaduna forests. They also allegedly treated Turji’s gunshot wounds post-attack.

Arraigned December 23, 2024, the suspects denied charges and were remanded in Kuje. Bail was denied March 14, 2025; prosecution opened with protected witness “ABC,” who testified on Kamarawa’s role in a Libyan gun truck purchase.

Trial stalled due to prosecutor’s absences, leading to strike-out July 8, 2025, for lack of diligence—now reopened.
