Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) and QNET, a global lifestyle and wellness company, have renewed their partnership for the 2025/2026 CAF Interclub Football Season.

The agreement, signed in Casablanca, Morocco, on Monday, covers sponsorship of the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League, TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup, and the TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup.

CAF General Secretary, Véron Mosengo-Omba, and Cherif Bassirou Abdoulayede, Regional General Manager, QNET Sub-Saharan Africa, signed the agreement on behalf of both organisations.

CAF said the renewed partnership would expand fan engagement and community-driven programmes, linking elite football with grassroots development across Africa.

CAF President, Dr Patrice Motsepe, said the 2025/26 edition of the CAF Interclub Competitions had recorded a surge in club participation during the preliminary stages.

“This is mainly due to CAF’s investment in the competitions, including the USD 13 million allocated to clubs to assist with logistics and operations,” Motsepe said.

He welcomed QNET’s continued support, describing the partnership as instrumental in driving football development on the continent.

Trevor Kuna, QNET’s Chief Sponsorship Officer, said the collaboration was a celebration of African talent and ambition.

“Through football, we are inspiring communities, nurturing potential, and shaping a future full of opportunity and promise across the continent,” Kuna said.

CAF and QNET have partnered since 2018, with QNET serving as an official sponsor of CAF’s club competitions.

The organisations called on fans, communities, and businesses across Africa and beyond to join in celebrating the spirit of African football.

They said the partnership was built on unity, opportunity, and excellence for generations to come.
